Especially as he's the one that has to find the kidnapper and bring him to justice for embezzling a man he never knew.<br /><br />It's the morality theme is what I think is the film's strength because of what Toshiro Mifune had to do and the sacrifice he makes is far greater than the viewer wants to think it is.
